Brendan was born in North Vancouver, British Columbia in 1977. He received his BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia in 2001 and his LLB from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2007 and joined Macaulay McColl as an associate in 2008. Brendan has appeared as counsel before administrative tribunals and, in the BC Provincial Court, and in the BC Supreme Court. Brendan’s practice is primarily civil litigation, with a focus on commercial disputes, employment issues, and builder’s liens.
