James Macaulay was born in Montreal, Quebec. He attended Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. James Macaulay later attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained his law degree in 1956. He was called to the Bar in 1957. James Macaulay is the Co-founder and Senior Partner of Macaulay McColl. His areas of concentration include Constitutional Law, Commercial Litigation, Negligence, Products Liability and Native Land Claims. |
