Donna was born in Vancouver in 1970. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from Dalhousie University in 2005 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006. She joined Macaulay McColl as an associate in 2007. Her primary area of practice is Insurance Defence.

Donna has trial experience in the British Columbia Supreme Court and has also appeared in Provincial Court.
