Robert P. Hrabinsky
Robert Hrabinsky was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1988, and to the British Columbia bar in 1992. Robert practices in the areas of Administrative and Regulatory Law, Commercial Litigation and General Civil Litigation. Acting for both individuals and institutional clients, Robert's experience ranges from legislative drafting to litigation in matters both small and large, including class action litigation.
Robert has acted as counsel in matters before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has acted as counsel in matters before a variety of administrative bodies including the British Columbia Farm Industry Review Board, the National Farm Products Council and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, and has appeared as counsel on Parliament Hill before a joint committee of the Senate and the House of Commons.

Robert was born in Sakatoon and earned his law degree at the Univeristy of Saskatchewan.
