Ken was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. He attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1967 and his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1973. He was called to the Bar in 1974. Ken is a Partner with Macaulay McColl. His areas of concentration are Negligence, Libel and Slander, Products Liability and Commercial Litigation.
Ken was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2000 and became a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2004. |
