Ken was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, on November 5, 1944. He attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained both his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1967 and his law degree in 1973. He was called to the bar in 1974. Ken is a Partner with Macaulay McColl. His areas of concentration are Negligence, Libel and Slander, Products Liability and Commercial Litigation.
