John was born in England on March 5, 1950. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in 1972 from the South Bank University in London, England. He immigrated to Canada in 1973 and in 1988 obtained a law degree from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the bar in 1989. John is an associate with Macaulay McColl and his areas of concentration are Personal Injury, Products Liability, Contested Estates, and General Civil Litigation. A former businessman and Social Worker, John has had a varied professional background both in the UK and Canada. He has been practicing law at Macaulay McColl for over 10 years and has acquired a well earned reputation for being tough, but always sensitive to the needs of his clients. Although his practice mostly concentrates around Personal Injury, with an emphasis on major motor vehicle accident claims, John has extensive experience in other types of litigation.
